You may use previous coursework for up to 9 credit hours of the certificate. The advisor will make the determination as outlined in Western’s Undergraduate Catalog if the courses taken at another institution meet the requirements for substitution. A minimum of 9 credit hours must be completed at the Community College to receive the HR Management Certificate. These courses will be offered mainly during the evening or online so that working professionals will have the opportunity to complete the certificate in a timely fashion. |
