The Business Technology degree consists of a total of 64 total semester hours.
Each program requires a General Education core of 25 credit hours and the
Business Technology
core of 21 credit hours with a student selection of an
additional 18 credit hours in one specialized

 Real Estate Appraisals - RE 274C
 a 3 hour RE Elective
 a 3 hour Business Elective. (Internship strongly recommended.)
Program Mission
The mission of the Business Technology program is to prepare students
academically in a core of courses focused on common business environment
skills and specific course concentrations in the following areas: Banking,
Information Systems, Office Management, Retail Management, Business
Management and Manufacturing Management.
The goals are:
to prepare terminal-degree students for successful business careers after graduation;
to furnish business students prerequisites for transfer into baccalaureate programs;
to provide job enhancement opportunities for non-degree seeking students; and
to allow under prepared or never prepared business students an opportunity for a college degree. |
